Unmatched quality in Cincinnati wedding film production since 1991

The last minute bride

July 19th, 2009 - 4:05pm | by Matt Pine

We have booked some clients nearly 2 years in advance, never a few days before the wedding. Larissa reserved us less than 96 hours before the wedding. She thought she might like to remember this day. I am so glad she did:)

I think we captured some fantastic moments.

enjoy,

Photoshoot at Eden Park

July 15th, 2009 - 11:40pm | by Dan Shallenberger

I love going on photo shoots. Most photographers make it fun and dynamic, which makes for great video… and Jacalyn Mains of JMM Photography came through! That was a fun photo shoot. And the usual outgoing group of guys give me plenty to shoot.

Kathy & Kevin, your video is almost ready! But while waiting for the dupes, here’s a sneak peak of the photoshoot at Eden Park.

Peace,
Dan

The Crying Room-a highlight reel

July 12th, 2009 - 7:56pm | by Matt Pine

There have been a few weddings that we have been a part of were something amazing happens. Everyone in the room gets teary eyed. “Not a dry eye in the house” they used to say. This happened twice in one night at this particular wedding. First Izzy’s dad got choked up talking about his daughter’s life with her new husband. Then Dan’s twin brother Dave gave a beautiful heart felt toast that moved us all.

Izzy and Dan it’s finished and the whole production came out perfect. I truly want to thank you for letting me tell your story. You both gave the Lifetime team SO much to work with.

I thought you’d enjoy one more preview before we send it off.

The groom’s reaction-a highlight reel

July 9th, 2009 - 12:31pm | by Matt Pine

There are certain things in life you can’t fake. Getting emotional the first time you see your bride walk down the aisle is one of them. This is a priceless moment in time. It’s also one we love to capture on film, b/c it’s real. Lead videographer Mark Fortner does an incredible job with this one.

Meet one of the nicest couples we ever had, Nicole & Mark. In fact the families on both sides were so kind. Special thanks to one of our favorite past B&Gs Megan & Mike for introducing us. We’re still putting this one together, but I promised the MOB Mary, I’d have a little preview for her before we delivered.

enjoy,

“No kiss for you….yet”-a movie trailer

July 5th, 2009 - 11:27am | by Matt Pine

Jen and Paul were SO excited too see each other at the end of the aisle, they went to greet with a kiss. They then realized the Deacon was standing right there. Thou shalt wait until the end of the ceremony. One of the best moments in time you’ll see in the dramatic movie trailer of their wedding.

They had assembled the Cincinnati Wedding All Star Team:
(I love this time of year)

Robyn Jones and the Hilton- We’re so excited about your wedding later this summer:)
Steve Lyons Photography-one of my best buds in the industry
Rick & Kristen Kloth from Tres Chic Event Planning-The day ran perfect, you both truly make my job so easy.
Heidi McKenna- Make up- Great working with you.
The Band Airwaves-An amazing and very fun group.
Courtenay Lambert Florals-one of the best in the city. I owe you a Shock-Top beer.

enjoy,

“This is the best limo ever!” - a wedding highlight

July 1st, 2009 - 10:47pm | by Dan Shallenberger

Spoken by Dillan, Jonathan and Camie’s son! As impressed with the limo that Dillan was, I was equally impressed with your wedding… absolutely gorgeous! Plus, working with the dynamic duo Geri and Tracy from Steve Lyons was a blast, as usual. Oh Camie, my wife LOVED your Jimmy Choo shoes.

You wedding video is finally finished. Matt should have everything ready for you very soon, but in the meantime, here’s your wedding highlight to give you a taste of what’s to come in your full video.

Enjoy!

Dan

Our military-a groomsmen prep

June 28th, 2009 - 2:31pm | by Matt Pine

No matter what you thoughts are on the war, I personally feel we should always pay tribute to those who have served or are presently serving our country. Melissa called me last year and told me of her FI Jesse still serving overseas and asked if Lifetime offered a Military discount. “Absolutely” I said. All you have to do is ask:)

Jesse and Melissa it will be ready this week. We decided to feature the boys getting ready on this one.

Mark Fortner really enjoyed working with you both.

I’ll be in touch,

Mr. & Mrs Smith-a wedding trailer

June 22nd, 2009 - 3:43pm | by Matt Pine

The #1 question I get from brides: “Should I wait to see him?” Pros and cons to both sides I think. The big moment in church were ya hope he cries:) or the more personal one on one moment with just the two of you. And yes, they do still cry sometimes.
Seeing each other before the wedding will give you more time for pictures, video and have great moments like this happen:

Nick saw Lauren for the first time in Eden Park. We did this a little different, with the groom walking up to the bride. I love both of their expressions in this clip. The stunning wedding and reception was held at St. Agnes in Ft. Wright, Ky and The Phoenix.
Just a beautiful Spring day for this wedding.

Shout out to one of my oldest friends in the business, Don Moore from Kamara Art Group. It was great to work with you again.

enjoy,

~mp

P.S. Jesse & Melissa, you’re on deck ;)

Chris & Jessica - a wedding trailer

June 17th, 2009 - 12:50am | by Dan Shallenberger

Well, this was my first Tiffany-inspired wedding, and it was beautiful! Jess, you did an amazing job with your wedding. I was so much fun hanging out with you both, as well as Geri & Joe from Steve Lyons Photography.

As promised, here’s your teaser trailer. There’s so much more, but it will all be in your final wedding dvd. This is just a hint at what to expect!

Enjoy!

A father’s toast- A wedding trailer & a tear jerker:)

June 4th, 2009 - 4:47pm | by Matt Pine

I met with a bride and her mom this week and they asked me an interesting question. “Do you ever get emotional doing weddings. Absolutely, in fact I balled like a baby editing this trailer. I have a daughter myself and have mentioned here before, I will be a total emotional wreck on her wedding day I’m sure.

Izzy and Dan had the dream team at their dream wedding. Steve Lyons did the photography, Doug Baker was the DJ along with an incredible band. The entire event was masterfully coordinated by Elisa Mackenzie at Elegant Events by Elisa and held at the fabulous Drees Pavilion in Covington, Ky.

The Lifetime team felt that this was such an amazing trailer, we did a re-edit for out newest opening on our website.

Please be sure to watch both.

Enjoy,

~mp
